Eidos Montreal the other day presented the Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy the second rock-hard classic rock song, ‘Zero to Hero’, which the legendary band Star-Lord Band performs. The band’s songs released so far will of course be heard in the game as well. This list was also released today. Inspired by the classic cartoons of the ’80s, the animated video clip maximizes the feeling of nostalgia, and at the same time we can understand why Peter Quill named himself after his favorite band. But of course that’s not all! Eidos Montréal has also released a VHS-style version of the clip, where the band will perform the song live, with clips from the animated clip.
In addition to the songs from the band Star-Lord (“Zero to Hero,” “Space Riders with No Names,”), there will be plenty of other excellent music playing in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy. A total of 30 songs were selected for the album, from iconic artists such as Mötley Crüe, Bonnie Tyler, Billy Idol, Pat Benetar, Def Leppard and BLONDIE. The songs in the playlist will all be heard during the game. Of course, there will also be a “stream safe” version for music so that no one has problems with copyright.
