After his participation in Spider-Man: No Way Home and the first season of LokiCumberbatch puts himself in the shoes of Stephen Vincent Strange -conocido como Doctor Strange-, who casts a forbidden spell that opens the door to the multiverse, so he will have to go through the amazing and dangerous alternative realities that arise, with the help of old acquaintances and new allies who will help him face a new and mysterious adversary. Also, after the casualties suffered by those seeking to change the world in the fierce battle of Avengers: Endgame, the former surgeon-turned-superhero will take center stage in The Avengers.
The direction is in charge of Sam Raimi, a familiar face to Marvel, having collaborated on the early 2000s Spider-Man trilogy starring Tobey Maguire.
