It was in 1939 when Martin Goodman decided to found the iconic comic book publisher that was known as Timely Comics before becoming Atlas ComicsIt was not until 1961 that the publisher finally adopted the name by which it is so widely known today, Marvel Comics. The mark of Marvel began with the birth of the Fantastic 4 and very iconic collections that were created by Stan Lee, Jack Kirby o Steve Ditkoalong with different creators who were of vital importance during those years.

After 85 years as one of the world’s leading comic book publishers, Marvel has decided to celebrate all this time in a very special way. In honor of this very important occasion, Marvel Studios was in charge of publishing an exciting video on the networks in which this great milestone is celebrated, while taking a tour of some of the most important moments of his legacy.
From archive images in which he appears Stan Lee to interviews with actors from UCMthis video is a tribute that will make any fan of Marvel.
Marvel features a nice homage to the comics and includes images from upcoming Marvel Studios films, such as Thunderbolts o Captain America 4. A brief preview of the series is also included. Daredevil: Born Again of Charlie Coxinterviews with Tom Hiddleston o Angela Bassetta nod to the animated series of the X-Menamong many other references that you can’t miss. As part of this beautiful celebration, Marvel announced last month that would celebrate its 85th anniversary with some alternative covers that would be very special. This initiative was intended to pay tribute to the original comics Marvel recreating key numbers that would be picked up in comic book series Spider-Man, Hulk, X-Men or even the Fantastic 4This was the official statement:
On five covers, some of The most popular artists of today will reinvent some of the works of industry pioneers in a very special tribute. These new pieces, which include both classic characters and current stars, will give A modern twist on iconic covers from the early days of Marvel Comicsincluding that of Marvel Comics #1which was published in 1939.
There are already two covers published in the comics Amazing Spider-Man #56 y X-Men #3you draw by Paco Medina y Joelle Jones respectively.
