Maruv did not have a successful career in Europe and she, tentatively, returns to Russia, which is waging a genocidal war against her country.
The singer Maruv (Anna Korsun), who fled abroad with the start of the full-scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, apparently decided to return, but not to her native Ukraine, but to Russia.
This exclusive information was shared on October 9 in YouTube Ukrainian blogger Bogdan Bespalov.
He noticed that Maruv had a new pseudonym – Shlakoblochina. And under it she released a Russian-language track, which is now being actively advertised on the banned Russian social network VKontakte.
“The singer Maruv, who once sounded branded and of high quality, has now been reformatted into under-rap and under-chanson, this is absolutely Russian aesthetics… The Maruv team invests in advertising on the Russian platform (VKontakte – ed.), taxes go to the aggressor country, and then These taxes go to the production of missiles that fly to Ukraine. Thus, she supports Russian terror against her own homeland with money.“- said Bespalov.
He expects that the singer may soon attend one of the Russian music awards.
“Anya Korsun has finally chosen her position… Maruv is returning to the Russian stage, which is why there were releases in Russian, active advertising on VKontakte“, said the blogger.
Note that, unlike VKontakte, the singer continues to maintain her Instagram account in English. She doesn’t present Russian-language songs there.
It is also worth adding that Maruv, which is closely connected with Russian show business, did not condemn the Russian Federation in February 2022 for military aggression against its own country. She disappeared from the information space for some time and closed her Instagram page to Ukrainians so as not to answer uncomfortable questions about her attitude towards the war. She recently returned to the stage with the pseudonym Sharlotta Ututu and a track in Spanish, for which was subjected to sharp criticism.
Earlier, Lesya Nikityuk invited the singer Maruv, who is building a career in the Russian Federation, to visit the destroyed Kharkov.
We also wrote that the traitorous singer Povaliy sang in occupied Lugansk.
