BRATISLAVA. Englishman Karl Darlow can once again become the goalkeeper unit of Newcastle United.
According to British media, Slovak Martin Dúbravka has an injured foot and his start at the beginning of the new Premier League season is in danger.
The first match of the competition year 2021/2022 will be played by Newcastle at home against West Ham on 15 August 2021.

According to the Chronicle’s website, the situation may now recur because he will have to have surgery.
“Darlow caught last season from September to February and even had the ambition to represent England. However, as soon as Dúbravka recovered from a heel injury and Darlow made a mistake at Old Trafford in a match with Manchester United, the Slovak returned to the post of team,” the website wrote. chroniclelive.co.uk.

Dúbravka’s current problems were hampered by the hosting of another Newcastle goalkeeper Freddie Woodman in AFC Bournemouth.
From the point of view of Slovak football, the important question is whether the 32-year-old Žilina will already be in order for the September matches of the World Cup 2022 qualification in Qatar.
At the beginning of September, the Slovaks will present themselves in Slovenia and at home against Croats and Cypriot players.
