Martien became known for the ‘Chateau Meiland’ program, where he gives an insight into his castle and his family life. Soon the reality star will take a new path and will make his appearance in the cinemas. Martien takes up acting and lands his first film role. “Yes, I have a role,” he tells Shownieuws. “A very nice role, but I’m not going to tell you anything about it because it must remain a surprise. That will all be announced later. We keep it very exciting.”

Although Martien does not want to say anything about the film in which he will act, there are suspicions that it will be a Sinterklaas film.
