The flamboyant lord of the castle has let himself be dragged along to Lapland – he preferred to go to Germany himself, of course – but not before giving himself a winter look. Martien fell in love with a fake fur hat and he is so “devastated” that he went with him in the suitcase to Sweden. Where Erica in Chateau Meiland gets the viewers to laugh with her Elton John glasses, it is now Martien who stands out with his new style in the Swedish landscape.
