Marshall Launches Emberton III and Willen II Speakers: Improved Sound, Bluetooth LE Audio, and Dynamic Loudness Features

Marshall has released updated versions of the Emberton and Willen portable speakers.

The Marshall Emberton III is similar to its predecessor from 2022 in appearance, but it comes with news such as improved bass and the “Dynamic Loudness” function that changes the sound dynamically when the volume to always offer the best listening experience, regardless of volume. level. It is also equipped with Bluetooth LE Audio and Auracast, which allows the speaker to act as a transmitter to external devices such as headphones. The Auracast feature will not be available immediately at launch, but is expected to be implemented later through an update to the Marshall app. The speaker also has a built-in microphone for phone calls, a battery life of up to 32 hours and has an IP67 rating.

The Marshall Willen II, which is the smaller version, shares some features with the Emberton III, including improved sound, Bluetooth LE support, Auracast and an integrated microphone. It has up to 17 hours of play time and also has an IP67 rating.

The price of the Emberton III is set at SEK 1,999, while the Willen II costs SEK 1,299.
