Al Milan Christian Pulisic he is having the best season of his career. During the podcast Soccer unplugged with Mark Pulisic, the father of the Rossoneri number 11 talked about how the negotiations went to bring Christian to Milan: “He had everyone’s trust: Pioli trusts him, he always makes him play and he doesn’t replaces immediately if things go wrong. Then
He likes Milan and always speaks well of his teammates: Tomori and Giroud helped him a lot when it came to choosing Milan. Never spoke to Cardinale during the negotiation. And he also spoke out about the future: “Football changes quickly and we have understood for some time that this is a business: we can only think in the short term. But let’s be clear: Christian loves Milan and wants to stay. He lives in Busto Arsizio to be close to Milanello, is starting to speak Italian and gets along very well with teammates like Loftus-Cheek and Musah.”
On his son’s season he added: “I think there is a wrong perception: for me it is not true that Christian disappointed at Chelsea. Simply,
he didn’t play regularly. And then I tell you, for me he is now reaching his peak: he is 25 years old, he works hard to develop his game and is respected by his teammates.”
And on the American national team, with which Pulisic won the Concacaf Nations League during the last break, he underlined: “He loves representing his country and the matches against the United States present him with new difficulties.
