What is it about?
In short: exchange on equal terms. At the marketplaces, companies and NPOs meet in a 2-hour “speed dating” format and plan new collaborations.
There are no limits to the forms of commitment, only money is taboo. Whether it is time and labor, contributions in kind (funds) or various skills and competencies, there is a suitable partner for every offer.
Barter is important here: both sides negotiate. Both the companies and the non-profit organizations talk about their offers and possible compensation, such as the resources and skills in the organization that can be used. Get inspired!
