“Sankt Sehenswert”: Since 2020, the city has been promoting its own cause with posters, flags and stickers. That should now be expanded.

The colorful posters in the alleys of downtown St.Gallen already advertised last year. Santa’s weather festival, Santa’s business lunch, Santa’s punk. A specific Santa sticker is now stuck to many shop windows and shop doors. The City Management Board – a body made up of the city’s location promotion, St.Gallen-Bodensee-Tourismus, trade, Pro City St.Gallen, the city’s catering association and the regional hotel trade association – launched an image campaign last year. This cost 165,000 francs. At that time the city center should be revitalized. Now there is more to it.
