Your tasks
- Development of a marketing concept for the degree programs in the Department of Social Work and Health and implementation of target group analyzes in close cooperation with the central marketing department
- Development, planning, implementation and (cost) control of target group-relevant advertising measures and media activities to attract students
- Department-internal coordination of trade fairs
- Coordination and control of agencies, photographers, printers and other service providers, taking corporate design into account
- Carrying out the department’s internal and external public relations work in close cooperation with the central communications department
- Maintenance of the department’s websites
- Alumni work
- Participation in the organization of department-relevant conferences and events
- Organization of graduation celebrations and internal departmental events
Your profile
- Completed bachelor’s degree or comparable, preferably in business administration with a focus on marketing and public relations or comparable
- Relation to social work or nursing
- Experience in higher education administration is an advantage
- Professional experience in communications, public relations, advertising or event management
- Good knowledge of the courses in the Department of Social Work and Health
- Specialist knowledge of advertising processes, a feel for target group-appropriate texts and know-how about new (digital) forms of advertising and media
- Excellent oral and written expression in German as well as very good knowledge of the English language
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High level of service orientation and friendly manners
- Structured, quality-oriented and independent work
- Professional in using content management systems and MS Office

The remuneration is made according to Pay group 11 TV-Hessen.
