As a true conductor, you ensure the smooth running of operations to guarantee the success of the merchandising campaigns of our customers (major industrial brands) on the mass distribution circuit.
As such, your daily life consists of:
- Take the brief and collect all the elements necessary for the implementation of the project.
- Organize, manage and coordinate projects according to customer directives (planning, workforce, training support, logistics, etc.)
- Follow deployment schedules in conjunction with operational managers.
- Ensure the customer / field interface.
- Control the proper execution of the project, from A to Z, respecting quality, cost and time.
- Ensure regular reporting of field actions to N + 1 and to customers.
- Restore performance reports and suggest areas for improvement.

- Distribution, you have a first experience in project management, ideally in merchandising or operational marketing.
Bac + 5 Marketing training
Pragmatic, driven by a taste for challenge, business-oriented, you like to develop a real relationship of trust with a variety of clients on a daily basis. You are demanding and tenacious in the work to turn your goals into results.
Proactive (-ve), flexible, adaptable, you know how to work in a changing environment and cope with peaks of activity or changes in priorities.
Autonomous, rigorous (-se), you show method and organization to move forward with serenity. You have a pronounced taste for numbers and a very good analytical capacity to render operations and explain results.
Your spelling is impeccable, you are comfortable on the phone, office and computer tools (Excel, ERP …) hold no secrets for you! Fluency in English is a plus.
Flawless motivation, a lot of enthusiasm and consistency are fundamental qualities for success in this position.
