Marketing Manager (m/w/d)
You are part of the German marketing team and independently implement innovative strategies and campaign ideas for the German market.
Your role has many facets – you combine your talents as a marketing professional and project manager. Your experience in B2B marketing allows you to develop and run campaigns independently. You never lose sight of your KPIs, you bring in your creativity and innovation and strive for continuous improvement.

- Are you a brand activist
- Do you independently develop new, creative ideas for activities and their implementation with a clear focus on ROI
- Are you responsible for the conception, planning and implementation of actions, measures and campaigns to activate and retain our existing customers and new colleagues
- Do you have a hands-on mentality in the field of recruitment and demand marketing to support your team
- Do you take care of tracking and evaluating campaigns and converting the results into new strategies?

- Several years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in the technology sector
- Excellent German and English skills
- Proven success in campaign management
- Well-developed time, stakeholder and task management with which you won’t lose sight of many smaller initiatives
- Willingness to learn and responsibility, ability to communicate and a team player mentality
- Motivation & enthusiasm that infects the people around you to tackle projects and bring them to a successful conclusion
