DESCRIPTION

This Marketing Manager will champion loyalty focused marketing programs from ideation and planning to execution and reporting. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead new marketing programs across channels, work closely with external partners and deliver new experiences and offers customers will love. Responsibilities include:
· Explore and drive new loyalty marketing initiatives for Amazon Points
· Plan, execute and analyze campaigns across multiple touchpoints
· Work with external partners to develop and run marketing programs
· Analyze data to identify customer centric activities
· Own and optimize customer touchpoints
· Collaborate with creative teams to develop work-class communication

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· 5+ years’ experience from marketing in Japan
· Demonstrated ability to run successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
· Strong analytical skills – Can analyze data from multiple sources to identify customer behavior and actions needed to achieve goals
· Excellent project management skills
· Experience from working with loyalty programs in Japan
· Brilliant communicator – Native Japanese and business level English

· Basic SQL proficiency
· Experience working with external business partners from various industries
· Experience from managing loyalty programs in Japan
· Experience running quantitative and qualitative research projects
· Familiar with Design Thinking methodology
