Actively contribute to the acquisition and retention of BTC customers and to the strengthening of the notoriety of the Wealth Management business by the design, implementation and continuous improvement of a “customer-centric” Marketing strategy.
You will take charge of the following missions:
Marketing :
- Elaboration, continuous enrichment and deployment of the roadmap of relational and operational marketing programs for acquisition, development, loyalty and retention of customers with a segmented approach (relationship channels, personae and customer value),
- Marketing performance and ROI: analyze and measure the performance of different actions and recommend areas for optimization through analytical marketing and experimentation,
- Pricing policy,
- Competitive intelligence aimed at differentiating ourselves and personalizing the customer experience.
Customer knowledge and experience:
- Analysis of customer needs and expectations for segmentation / personalization of the entire customer journey and its content,
- Construction, enrichment and optimization of the omnichannel customer experience: development of the customer promise, customer benefits according to customer value, construction of digital, cross-channel, multi-channel customer journeys,
- Design of innovative customer interactions model and optimizing flows (data and customer / prospect contacts).
Management :
- Animation and supervision of a team,
- Management of complex projects, sometimes transversal, with internal and external partners,
- Monitoring of results,
- Construction and budget monitoring.
Mobility: possible trips in Luxembourg

You have between 8 to 10 years of experience in Marketing in the private banking sector (commercial experience is a plus),
In-depth knowledge of relationship marketing and banking, asset-management and insurance culture,
You master the Office Pack including Access, editorial skills, graphics software, data analysis (VBA and Power-BI would be a plus), CRM operation,
You are proactive, customer-oriented, you have team spirit and rigor,
For this position, a level of professional English is essential.
