- Realization of market studies
- Management of social networks (response to customer questions, redirection to the appropriate services, etc.)
- Carrying out commercial performance analyzes (statistics, monitoring tables, reports, etc.)
- Competitive intelligence
- Creation of catalogs & modification of public sites
- CRM management
- Realization of emailing campaigns & surveys
- Newsletter writing
- You speak fluent french and master English in a professional context
- You master the office suite, Photoshop and Hubspot
- You have significant experience in a similar position
- You are proactive and customer oriented
- You have good communication skills
