The group THEORY currently looking for a Marketing Communications Consultant (Call for Offer) (m/f) with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wants to leverage their skills within a multi-functional team. Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the chosen communications and marketing consultant must provide:

KEY POINTS TO DO:

• Analyze calls for bids and compile requirements to be met to ensure compliance with the service offer at the time of bidding
• Plan the assembly of the service offer with the responsible engineers (content, format, special nature, product schedule, etc.
• Make the required documents to enter texts from the responsible engineers and correct (grammar and spelling) the required documents.
• Search for project pages relevant to the currently available service.
• Create the organizational charts that are in the service offer, produce the cover sheet and other graphic documents that are in the service offer, Have all these documents approved by the project manager.
• Complete the final edition of the service offer and produce the required number of copies.
• Ensure that the service offer is delivered within the required deadlines.
• Perform any other related action deemed appropriate to the situation.

Requirements

• You have a degree in communications, marketing or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in a communications, marketing or advertising agency
• You have already worked with key players from all sectors of the company and used influence
• You have demonstrated passion and deep knowledge in branding and brand management
• You have direct or customer experience in B2B (business to business) marketing.
• You have work experience in consulting, professional services, business-to-business trading or any other similar business environment.
• You have an excellent command of French and English, written and spoken

• Have a computer and a good internet connection for remote work
• Be able to work in the Montreal time zone wherever you are.
• Have a good knowledge of graphic design tools
• Enjoy writing and creating beautiful corporate documents

• You have good interpersonal skills and like to create strong and collaborative professional relationships at all levels of the organization
