As part of the development of its activity, the Marketing-Communication division of the DVG is looking for a work-study student whose mission will be to analyze sales and monitor customer satisfaction for the group offer (train and services) and creation of communication media. He will participate in the implementation of marketing actions to boost turnover.
Mission details
Marketing
- Group customer study: data extraction, monthly customer satisfaction analysis (digital channel customers and group agency)
- Writing scenarios for mystery shopper surveys (group agency and after-sales service)
- Participates in monitoring and facilitating the results of customer satisfaction measurement and mystery shopper surveys
- Participates in the construction of new: offers, services or partnerships
- Monitor sales turnover (dry trains, car charter, special trains, services) of the group agency sales channel and the various distribution channels
- Proposes actions to boost the turnover of the groups.
Communication
- Help to publicize the group offer internally and externally
- Creation of communication media (leaflet, flyers, sheets, etc.) and monitoring of their production
- Ensures the updating of marketing documents on the various internal communication media (look n go, etc.)
- Prepares and supplies internal or external communication media (Power-point, SharePoint, etc.)
