Your tasks:
- Administrative implementation and design of recurring direct marketing measures relating to the toom advantage card (program communication print & email) and POS advertising materials
- Coordination and ordering of materials and advertising materials in connection with the toom advantage card for the markets and relevant service providers
- Processing and responding to market concerns, customer inquiries and internal correspondence regarding the toom advantage card, together with our customer service
- Preparatory invoice processing of marketing costs
- Support with further marketing measures and cross-departmental projects
- Coordination with internal interfaces and external customers, agencies and service providers
This is what you bring with you:
- A marketing-related training (marketing communications clerk, advertising clerk, communications economist, etc.) or a completed degree in economics, communication or media sciences
- Ideally, professional experience in the areas of customer service/customer care, dialogue marketing, customer loyalty programs or CRM in an advertising agency and/or a marketing department of a company
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and ideally some initial experience with marketing tools/ticket systems
- Good self-organization and an independent way of working
- A high level of service and team orientation, communication skills and enjoyment of working independently in an agile and dynamic environment
