Your Tasks
- You envision innovative marketing automation strategies and optimise our marketing campaigns to capture our customers’ imagination and enhance their engagement – particularly in the SME market.
- Marketing to our SME customers is personalised, automated and multi-channel, thanks to the workflows you create and manage.
- Naturally you follow the performance of our marketing initiatives closely, present your findings concisely, and deduce clear and actionable recommendations for key stakeholders.
- Our price is right. Because of your diligent work with cross-functional teams in implementing and seamlessly integrating the Pricing Engine as well as interfacing with the technical team to find ever more optimisation for both our marketing automation platforms and our Pricing Engine.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in marketing automation within the banking sector, ideally focused on the SME market as well as at least 3 years of professional experience in marketing automation, pricing strategies or related fields
- Solid understanding of pricing strategies and implementation processes, particularly in financial services
- Proficient in marketing automation tools and technologies as well as in SQL for data analysis
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and extract valuable insights for marketing purposes
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail even while multitasking projects
- Proactive team player, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
