THE POST :
The person will have to assist and support the marketing manager in her daily tasks, both in terms of management and optimization of marketing campaigns and customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of the website, the online store and the various web platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok etc.)
- Develop social media content calendars and lead the different communities
- Work closely with graphic designers
- Work on different projects simultaneously according to the needs of the team
- Respond to requests and questions sent from customers
- Establish, maintain and develop relationships with clients
- All related administrative tasks
EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS:
- Excellent command of both written and oral French and English
- Mastery of different social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Justok etc.)
- Master in Shopify and Facebook business
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment
- Very autonomous, sense of initiative and management of priorities
- Knowledge of skin care / manicure (an asset)
