Our agile team is looking for reinforcements. We are currently a young team of 6 people who, of course, work agile themselves and want to continuously improve. We train agile coaches and accompany agile transformations as well as people on their agile path.
As soon as possible we are looking for a reinforcement for our social media and marketing areas. We work in a mixture of remote and in our office in Hanover Linden-Süd. Since good team spirit is important to us, it would be ideal if you came from Hanover or near Hanover.
Previous experience in the areas of agility and agile working is desirable, but not decisive. Rather, it is important to us that you are interested in agility, that you can and want to work ambitiously and independently and that you fit in with us.
This is your job
Creation of social media and marketing concepts, campaigns and strategies
- Maintenance of our social media pages (currently Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Xing and Linked-In)
- Observation and analysis of the implemented measures
- Supervision of the marketing budget
- Community building and management
- Creation and maintenance of content (also in cooperation with our team members)
- It would also be desirable if you would appear in the stories or posts yourself
You should be familiar with this
- Basic knowledge of search engine optimization
- Social Media Marketing
- German in speech, writing and expression
