In this role you will be responsible for, primarily, leading the Pulmonary Hypertension Marketing & Sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine product strategy and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful product adoption;
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets;
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to deliver flawless execution of sales plans;
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote our product and encourage customer engagement;
  • Monitor product performance and analyze data to make data-driven decisions on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback;
  • Establish and cultivate strong connections with important individuals and organizations in the healthcare field, such as medical professionals, hospitals, and clinics;
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to determine strategies for market penetration and growth.

Capabilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, District Manager or similar role in the marketing industry, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Meticulous and able to effectively handle multiple projects while prioritizing tasks.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
