In this function, you are responsible for all marketing and communication actions mainly in France, but also in Italy and Spain. In these countries, you are the “face” of Rockpanel’s marketing department. Your daily activities are mainly aimed at increasing awareness of the Rockpanel brand among our targets: architects, contractors, fitters, dealers and other construction professionals.
Rockpanel’s marketing team has about ten people. We are an ambitious group, made up of both specific marketers and general-purpose marketing managers. These are assigned to a specific region. This position offers you a lot of responsibility, but with a team of colleagues with a lot of knowledge and skills that you can rely on!
Main tasks :
- Development of the MarCom plan annualadaptation and deployment on the market. By managing the MarCom budget specifically allocated to your region, you organize local activities that are coordinated with Rockpanel’s global campaigns. In close collaboration with the sales teams and local communication agencies, you ensure the deployment on the market throughout the year.
- First point of contact for all MarCom activities in your region. You support the local teams in the broadest sense of the term in order to reinforce the visibility of the Rockpanel brand on the market (notably through the use of social networksorganizing trade fairs, improving and updating marketing tools and providing our customers with the necessary images and materials).
- Engine of creative ideas and contributions at sales meetings in your region to support local sales teams as much as possible.
- Support from deployment of international MarCom activities as a member of our global marketing team.
Profile :
You are an autonomous, proactive and creative person. You are pragmatic and results-oriented. In doing so, you do not lose sight of long-term goals. You know how to quickly and smoothly build and maintain a network of internal and external relationships. You have good conceptual skills, you have strong verbal and written skills and you seek to innovate and continuously improve in the field of marketing. You are comfortable with social networks and have a strong ability to adapt.
- Higher/university diploma in marketing and communication/journalism,
- 2/3 years of professional experience on a similar position or communication agency, ideally in the construction sector,
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in french and english. Spanish or Italian would be a plus,
- You are willing to travel 20% of the time (about 4 days per month).
