For 3 evenings, virtuosity and the absolutely free interpretation of jazz conquered the stage of the Municipal Theater of Valparaíso and the bars of the town with the Jam Periods in the 7th model of the “Valparaíso International Jazz Festival”. The occasion was arranged by the Directorate of Culture of the Illustrious Municipality of Valparaíso and experienced the guidance of the IP Escuela Moderna de Música y Danza.
To underline, in this significant competition, the participation and protagonism of EMMD academics and previous students who have fashioned some teams invited to this new model, like the singing trainer Francisca Santa María, the previous pupil Pamela Yachan (singing ), previous college student Cristian Baltazar (drums), pianists Gonzalo Palma and José González, bassist Álvaro Campos, drummer Manuel Estay and guitarist Félix Pérez.
So ended, with three times at full ability in the Municipal Theater and with hundreds of views on social networks, this worldwide meeting, which aims to make new spaces for jazz fans and the dissemination of neighborhood songs.
