Mark Hamill has returned to play Luke Skywalker in recent years, shrugging off several decades with artificial intelligence, but that’s not the future the actor wants for the saga.
The rejuvenation of interpreters with artificial intelligence is the order of the day in Hollywood, so that mythical actors like Harrison Ford can once again put themselves in the shoes of Indiana Jones from youngor for Mark Hamill to become Luke Skywalker from the movies Star Wars of George Lucas.
One of the last times we saw Mark Hamill on the screen was precisely in The Mandalorian and in Boba Fett’s bookwhere they brought back his character as Luke Skywalker but with a small drawback: he had to be several decades younger, since The Mandalorian takes place a few years after return of the jedi.
