US House of Representatives Republican Marjorie Taylor Greene said she opposes US leader Joe Biden’s request for aid to Ukraine and Israel.
“I vote against allocating money to protect the borders of foreign countries,” Greene wrote on the social network X. She noted that she made this decision because the White House is not at all interested in the problems of her country.
Earlier, Biden in his speech to the nation statedthat he intends to ask Congress to send aid to Ukraine and Israel. However, he called sending weapons to these countries a “smart investment” that will pay dividends for US security. October 20 Biden requested Congress has $61.3 billion for Ukraine and $14.3 billion for Israel.
