It has been a remarkable journey for Marius Borg Høiby (26) and his girlfriend, Nora Haukland (25). From the crown prince family’s property at Skaugum to a cozy apartment at Frogner in Oslo, the couple has taken a big step forward in their relationship, writes TV 2.
The relationship between Borg Høiby, son of Crown Princess Mette-Marit, and Haukland, a former participant on the reality show “Love Island”, was made public in September last year. Since then, their relationship has flourished, and they have become one of Norway’s most talked about couples, even though they have chosen to keep a low public profile.

Høiby moved home to Skaugum, the crown prince couple’s property, in December. Shortly after, Haukland moved in with Høiby, and the couple lived together at Skaugum farm in Asker for a shorter period. But it seems that the couple have found their new home in an apartment in Frogner, a district in Oslo that Haukland has previously lived in and has expressed his longing for.

The apartment they now live in was advertised on Finn.no with a monthly rent of NOK 26,500 and a minimum rental period of three years. The couple seem to have plans to stay here for some time to come. The apartment is furnished by one of the country’s leading interior designers and is delivered fully furnished, which Haukland has previously shared with his 88,000 followers on Instagram.
Haukland has also expressed his joy at living in the apartment, saying in a post on Instagram: “I feel so at home here. The apartment has such a lovely peace. I feel that the shoulders are more lowered, in a way». She has also mentioned how much she missed life at Frogner and being closer to her friends, writes TV 2.
As for Høiby, he has chosen not to comment on the move publicly, which is in line with the couple’s choice to keep a low public profile.
It seems as if Haukland and Høiby have found a home they are happy in, a place where they can continue to develop their relationship away from the royal spotlight.
