Radio voice and TV weather announcer Māris Grigalis, who and his wife Zani have welcomed their third son in the family, Evija Kalnbērza, in Gita Vīksne’s material “Gives the Third Son a Strong Name” in the publication “Private Life” reveals what he named the youngest offspring.
As Maris reveals, the son, who was born on August 12, is given the name Ralph.
Asked why the newborn was given such a name, Māris answers:
“We all have the letter r in the name of the boys. This is very important to me because it gives an inner feeling – the owner of such a name will be masculine and strong. (..) I find Ralph strong, convincing and concise. As an exclamation mark at the end of a sentence!” expressed Maris.
He also reveals that he has told his wife that he is very happy because he has the family he has dreamed of all his life.
