Marion’s name is not unknown in the region. Old baker’s daughter Saint Cyprian.
Since the age of 17, his life professional has been punctuated by the season in the field of catering.

A permanent curiosity

After a few years as a waitress, then room manager, Marion realizes her childhood dream, in 2019 she obtained her crepe maker diploma, following several weeks of training.
His thirst for discovery takes him to travel the world. Between Japan, Thailand, the Philippines and even Reunion Island, it is enriched with new cultures and many flavors.
Rich in these experiences, she reveals a passion that she wishes to share.

In 2020, Marion decides to take over with Pernelle, this small restaurant located in the cross of Saint Cyprien. They will name it “CHEZ ELLES”, an invitation to conviviality in a warm atmosphere.
Since then, she has made it a point of honor to offer pure and sincere cuisine, anchored in the seasons.
