Mario Dandy Satrio (20), the suspect in the assault on Cristalino David Ozora (17), has just been in a dating relationship with a woman with the initials AG (15) for 1 month. This was revealed by Mario’s lawyer team, Basri.
“Before this incident, AG and my client had only been dating for one month. That was the BAP’s confession,” Basri told reporters at Polda Metro Jaya Thursday (9/3/2023).
“So at the time of the incident he had only been dating for about a month,” he added.
When asked about Mario’s introduction to David, Basri said the two had known each other since December 2022.
“He knew each other at the end of December 2022, knew him, knew Dandy and the victim,” he said.
“That’s a confession at the BAP, right, not being asked by investigators, recently in December,” he explained.
It is known that David was the victim of abuse by Mario Dandy on Monday (20/2) night at a housing complex in the Pesanggrahan area, South Jakarta. As a result of the persecution, David had to be treated in intensive care at the hospital (RS).
The suspects Mario Dandy and Shane Lukas are being held in the Polda Metro Jaya detention room. Meanwhile, the AG woman who is Mario Dandy’s girlfriend was officially detained today at the Social Welfare Administration Institution (LPKS) for a period of 7 days. Investigators have the option to extend AG’s detention period for another 8 days.
