Marina Garden Dresden: Most expensive apartment for over a million euros
210 apartments are being built in the new Marina Garden quarter directly on the Elbe in Dresden. Now the sale of a part has started. The location has its price. But there is also social housing.

Dresden. Marina Garden made headlines in Dresden. But the story of the Elbe Cycle Path being dredged away was several years ago and the owners have also changed. The Czech CTR Group bought the property between Leipziger and Eisenberger Strasse and the Elberadweg from Regine Töberich in 2019. Since then, CTR has very effectively ended the previous owner’s legal disputes with the city of Dresden and received planning permission for the Marina Garden residential area at the end of 2021.
