Libreville, Wednesday January 24, 2024 (Infos Gabon) – The former president of the highest Gabonese court has been invested as honorary president.
Having left in the wake of the changes that took place at the top of the State on August 30, 2024, the former president of the Constitutional Court of Gabon is bouncing back. Marie Madeleine Mborantsuo has just been made honorary president of the country’s highest court. She had held this prestigious position from 1991 to 2023 before the dissolution of this institution by the Committee for the Transition and Restoration of Institutions (CTRI).
This experienced magistrate who contributed to the drafting of several Gabonese Constitutions will have to bring her rich experience to this jurisdiction which she masters at her fingertips.
