MEXICO CITY, August 4 (EL UNIVERSAL).- A year ago, singer Mariana Seoane shared with great satisfaction that her mother, Stella García, who was diagnosed with cancer in 2019, had fought the battle and completed her treatment. However, the current outlook for Stella is not the best.
The mother of the singer of “Una de dos” has relapsed again, so the family is going through an extremely complicated situation. Despite this, they maintain the hope that she can get ahead again.
In a meeting with the media at Mexico City airport, Mariana spoke openly about the matter and expressed her hope that when the time comes for her mother to leave this world, it will be as painless as possible.
“When someone experiences these illnesses, obviously we are all affected, but I pray to God for mercy and that the day he makes his transition is painless, because he has suffered a lot,” she said.
She also explained that doctors gave them a harsh diagnosis about Stella’s health, but she is confident that miracles can happen.
“He has such lively little eyes and a desire to live, and sometimes I say: ‘Oh my God, that little body is not good enough.’ God has the last word and anything can happen. What I want is quality of life and not quantity of life,” said Seoane, thoughtfully.
“I know that the day that happens, even if I say, ‘Well, she’s resting now, her little body is no longer suffering,’ you never really prepare for the loss of your parents. My dad, thank God, is in very good health, but my mom is my little girl,” she concluded.
