TRENČÍN – Slovak hockey player Marián Hossa indicated that Canadian forward Jonathan Toews will also arrive at his planned farewell to his career in Trenčín.
Hossa published a photo on his Instagram in which he covered the identity of the mentioned player. However, the same photo went around the world during the celebration of winning the Stanley Cup in 2010, in which he is immortalized together with Hoss and his former teammate.
Former Swedish defender Nicklas Lidström, Czech forward Martin Havlát and American defender Dustin Byfuglien have already confirmed their participation in the event called “Goodbye Game”. Zdeno Chára and Peter Bondra, among others, will come from Slovak players.
