Sharapova’s interview about her motherhood.
Sharapova spoke out in an interesting interview with New Beauty mics and released some interesting statements.
Here are her words: “Being a mother has to come at some point in your life, I felt ready and to tell the truth, it’s something I’ve always dreamed of.
I have a great relationship with my mother, we are very close and we share a lot, we are related and that is also why I wanted to have a child so that I could share my experiences with him.” “I can’t wait to to see him grow and I also learn new things.
Every day is a new day, there is always something to learn and it is a great challenge.” The ex-tennis player continued: “Even the sporting aspect is very demanding, it allows you to keep the down to earth every day.
Tennis was something I wanted to do every week, beyond winning and losing. I always had to reinvent myself and challenge myself and I just didn’t feel comfortable.
I don’t know if it’s more difficult to be a tennis player or a mother, let’s just say that both roles are very demanding” Maria then talked about her son Theodore, the real protagonist of the interview : “He is an exemplary child, I talk to him often and I pray that he has a nice quiet day.
Fortunately, he is very wise, I was lucky I must say. Also, when I breastfeed him, I’m always hungry, I feel like I always have to eat, and that thing intrigues me. This year was the fastest of my life, it went by in the blink of an eye.
I’m excited about this phase of my life, I feel like I’m spending my first months of life and I see that everything is fine. I’m curious how my life is going to unfold, between work and family, the important thing is to find the right balance.”
