Since both of them are always by her side, she has figured out how to deal with the fatigue.
“I have learned to take naps. From time to time I steal a little sleep,” she said.
“Motherhood has changed my time allocation. I’m used to less sleep, it’s not that bad! I’ve always loved sleep, but since these two cuties appeared, 5-6 hours is fine for me at night!”, she also tells in “120 minutes”.
“My perfection is here! It gets in the way sometimes, but most of the time it helps me”
While she is on her summer tour, she takes the children with her and manages to perfectly combine the role of a mother and a big star.
“They are close to me! They even help! Alexander is already getting involved, helping, arranging the table with my iconic things! He grew up in the background studios and television. I’m not afraid of cameras”, she told Sashko.
Regarding her daughter, Sophie Maria shared:
“Sofia sings and dances a lot. She is a big fan of mine. I really like this feeling. She sings before sleep for 100 reasons. She has a nice powerful voice, I am the hope it’s music”.

World-Today News Interview: Maria Ilieva on Motherhood, Sleep Deprivation, and Balancing Life as a Star and Parent
In this exclusive interview, two-time Grammy award-winning artist Maria Ilieva opens up about the challenges and joys of balancing life as a mother of two with her busy career as a global star. Maria discusses how motherhood has affected her sleep patterns and time management, how she includes her children in her tour lifestyle, and her hopes for their involvement in the music industry. Our first guest today is Nina, a fellow mother and lifestyle blogger, who will be asking questions related to Maria’s experiences as a mom and balancing her many roles. Our second guest, David, is a sleep expert and researcher who will offer insights on how Maria can improve her sleep quality amidst her busy schedule.
Nina: Hello Maria! Thanks for taking the time to talk about your experiences as a mother and performer. Can you tell us how you manage to get any sleep with two young children by your side? Do you have any tips for other moms facing similar sleep challenges?

Motherhood has changed my time allocation – I’m used to less sleep now!
David: As a sleep expert, I’d love to hear more about Maria’s sleep habits. Maria, how much sleep do you typically get each night? Are there any specific habits or routines you follow before going to bed to help you fall asleep faster?
Maria: I usually get around 5-6 hours of sleep each night, which is less than what many people recommend. To help me unwind before bed, I try to minimize screen time and engage in calming activities like reading or meditation. I also make sure to
