Margot Robbie} will be the protagonist of a new installment of ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ that will follow the adventures of a female character with a totally different plot from the original movie.
According to The Hollywood Reporter magazine, this project by Disney and Robbie has nothing to do with the announced new version of “Pirates of the Caribbean” that Craig Mazin, the creator of the acclaimed miniseries “Chernobyl”, is working on.
Specifically, the film starring Robbie will not feature the character of Jack Sparrow, made famous by Johnny Depp, and will introduce new references in this film universe.

With a total of five films, “Pirates of the Caribbean” is one of the most lucrative franchises in cinema, which has grossed more than $ 4 billion worldwide and has included stars such as Keira Knightley, Orlando Bloom, Geoffrey in its credits Rush, Penelope Cruz or Javier Bardem.
