Marek Valášek AKA Datl’s Debt Relief and Indications of Indigency: Court Date Approaching

He’s still fresh off the weekend’s embarrassing Clash of the Stars beating and has other issues to deal with. Marko Valášek (25) aka Datl has a court date approaching, which wants to cancel his debt relief. And as if someone wanted to pour salt into an open wound, according to the insolvency register, which the eXtra.cz editorial team studied, the judiciary also received “indications” that the allegedly indigent Marek was playing for an honorarium.

Marek Valášek: Datla was tipped off

The court, which will already decide on Wednesday 14 June 2023 whether or not to cancel the debt relief (there is such public interest in the meeting that tickets will be distributed) recently according to insolvency register received a notification on the influencer Marek Valášek aka Datlo with screenshots from social networks.

The sender in question objected to three things: for example, the fact that the debtor has the latest version of the iPhone, even though he claims to the court that he will only have a few crowns left over from the minimum salary, and he will not survive on it.

Subsequently, he drew attention to a demonstration from TikTok of how he was packing a customer’s order in a candy store, which, according to the sender, may mean that he has income from another company than the one he admitted to the court. The company has published around fifteen videos with him. Marek also advertised the same company during the match in Clash of the Stars, where he was totally burnt out and lost after KO.

And the last thing that the “fan” pointed out to the court was that Datel advertises odds betting. We recently reported that even though he proved to be a financially irresponsible person and thus owes 2.4 million crowns, he still advises others on investing.

The court will certainly deal with all similar suspicions, but for a mysterious reason, it finally had this notice deleted from the register, allegedly due to “erroneous inclusion”.

But it wasn’t the only note from a person who complained about Woodpecker’s behavior. Over the past 18 months, a lot of them have run out. Also with a number of people from the public there are suspicions that he pays only a meager monthly amount in insolvency, although according to them he actually earns a lot.

Defense of Marko Valášek

And how does the young man defend himself?

“I pay everything on time and as I have, so I don’t see a single reason to cancel my insolvency and I don’t understand the reason for holding negotiations on its cancellation. If I made a mistake by not providing my insolvency practitioner with a statement of income earlier, I am truly sorry,” he recently wrote to the court, almost offended. “I didn’t know that something like this had to be served when I have no income other than that from my job,” complained the bachelor, who lives surrounded by luxury, goes on expensive vacations and fights for money.

But according to his claims, his partner finances his expensive life and for the matches, for which, according to eXtra.cz, fees of hundreds of thousands of crowns are normally paid, he will receive the money only now, i.e. after the third match. And even “only” 90 thousand instead of the allegedly usual 600 thousand and more.

Instead of having a high income commensurate with his popularity as an influencer and commensurate with his abilities, he gets hired at minimum wage at a friend’s company. And the money for Clash of the Stars also goes to him through an intermediary company.

And that will probably be the reason why the judge wants to cancel the debt relief.

“The issue of the borrower’s very low income will also be addressed, taking into account his age and abilities,” she wrote to one of the whistleblowers.

Valášek himself has already answered our questions in the past by saying that he never comments on his financial problems in the media.
