Manchester United lost to Brighton 1-3. I wonder, maybe the story could be different if only Marcus Rashford want to give bait to Rasmus Hojlund in the second half.
That became a discussion on social media, after the match Manchester United against Brighton in continuation Premier League, Saturday (16/9) evening WIB. MU in that match lost 1-3.
At the start of the second half, Marcus Rashford get a chance. He stabbed into the penalty box by running fast, after receiving a pass from Rasmus Hojlund in a counter attack scheme.
Rashford was overshadowed by Jan Paul van Hecke. Hojlund was on the other side and asked for a pass, even though Lewis Dunk was chasing him.
In a split second, Rashford decided to kick the ball. The ball flew to the edge of the goal, only to be shot off target.
Reporting from Sport Bible, This went viral on social media. If only Marcus Rashford pass to Rasmus Hojlund, maybe it will be another story.
BBC also noted that Rashford was very blunt in that match. Rashford recorded nine attempted shots but none of them were goals.
Rashford gave a precise pass to Hojlund in the first half. Unfortunately, Hojlund’s goal was disallowed because the ball left the field before Rashford kicked it.
