Marco Silva will continue at Fulham, after having rejected Al Ahli’s proposal, found out Record. According to the English press, the Saudis offered an impressive 46 million euros for a two-year contract to the Portuguese coach, but he will continue in the Premier League.
As a matter of fact, yesterday, already at the cottagers’ stage in the USA, Marco Silva admitted that he had an offer but without revealing the veil too much: “Yes, I received an offer and, yes, I have already communicated my decision. I will not comment on the situation. I was not going to lie about the offer, but I am not here to comment on the situation. In these two years, my commitment to Fulham has always been clear.”
Al Ahli, it should be added, was willing to pay the 6 M€ of the Portuguese’s termination clause.
