Here’s what’s going on:
Various gossip channels have recently reported that Borsato was allegedly guilty of transgressive behavior during one of the barbecues that the singer organized annually for those who chose him as a coach in The Voice of Holland and The Voice Kids.
Requested last week his lawyer, the Public Prosecution Service on behalf of Borsato to investigate the source of rumors circulating about the singer. Shortly afterwards did a 22-year-old woman filed a complaint against the singer. In the report, mention was made of ‘indecent assaults’ that Borsato is said to have made.
Now Borsato is suing that woman for making a false declaration, libel, slander and making a defamatory charge. He also charges the woman’s mother with incitement and complicity.
