Marco Bezzecchi success to become a winner MotoGP India 2023 after beating Jorge Martin in a tense race at the Buddh Circuit, Sunday (24/9).
Bezzechhi, who started the race from pole position, was able to maintain his position despite pressure from Jorge Martin and defending champion Francesco Bagnaia.
On the fourth lap, Bezzecchi went wide and was almost overtaken by Bagnaia. However, Bezzecchi was able to maintain the track to lead the race.
A fierce duel occurred between Bagnaia and Martin on the 13th lap. Bagnaia managed to get past Martin but the advantage didn’t last long.
Disaster occurred on the 14th lap, Bagnaia crashed and was unable to continue the race. This is a big loss for Bagnaia, who is trying to maintain the top of the 2023 MotoGP standings.
A tight battle also occurred in the last lap. Fabio Quartararo had overtaken Martin in the battle for second place. However, Martin managed to take the course and successfully maintained second position until the finish line.
At the end of the race, Bezzecchi was comfortably in the leading position with the fastest time of 36 minutes 59.157 seconds, followed by Martin and Quartararo.
