“This has to come to Parliament, with the submarines. I don’t think it’s an emergency. I, as a parliamentarian, don’t think I’ll vote for this,” said Marcel Ciolacu.
“Not being a deliberate drone, it’s almost impossible to intercept. Every drone has a memory, you see a path. Not all drones have explosive charges.
We need to find the proper anti-drone system.
The truth is that Romania is not under attack, we do not need to alarm the Romanians. If I had time, I would stay in the delta the most”, added Marcel Ciolacu.
