The photo above was taken at the Presidential Palace of Ambohitsorohitra, December 20, 2007: visit of the elected mayor of the city of Antananarivo, to the President of the Republic at the time
It is the day that forever marks the fall of Marc Ravalomanana who will never again become president of the republic in his life. He is certain of it. Indeed, despite all the efforts of the TIM party to give the advantage to its foal, Hery Rafalimanana, – I remember that, on the last day of the electoral campaign, buses going to Antsonjombe were banned from traveling, which did not prevent the large number of Antananarivo residents from going there on foot – the Tgv candidate, Andry Rajoelina was elected Mayor of Antananarivo on December 12, 2007, with 63.27% of the votes expressed. The very day of Marc Ravalomanana’s birthday: December 12, 1949!
Since then, he has only had setbacks in his attempts to become “Filoham-pirenena” again. Banned from running in 2013, like Andry Rajoelina (the famous NI-NI imposed by the international community); beaten in 2018 by the same Andry Rajoelina. The strangest thing is that he and his henchmen shouted and still shout at “rock picker” (literally: vote thieves). It’s always high time to dot the “i’s”. Have they forgotten that it was the CENI under the regime of President Hery Rajaonarimampianina’s HVM party which organized this 2018 presidential election. Logically, speaking of “rock picker”, it was Hery Rajao who should have been elected. But he only collected 08% and dust! How on earth could Andry Rajoelina and his allied parties proceed then? We must thank Fanirisoa Cassandra for this misinformation which still persists in the minds of Facebookers who really swallow anything out of hatred.
Poster published on November 2 on his account
Saturday November 4, 2023, place du 13 mai at 11 a.m. Come in large numbers. Claims: 1. no non-Malagasy candidate; 2. Establishment of a CES (Special Electoral Court); 3. Dissolution of government; 4. Reorganization of the CENI
This is why, faced with his cascading failures, Marc Ravalomanana – who was therefore President of Madagascar from May 6, 2002 to March 17, 2009- developed a diabolical plan to prevent his historic tombstone from becoming Head of State again through the legal and constitutional means prescribed by the Constitution of Madagascar. The story of nationality and article 42 of the Malagasy nationality code is only a pretext on the part of a masterful woman who has fled to France where she has played Cassandra as futile as she has been sterile since the beginning of her “fight” who hears “seeing the possible where everyone believes impossible”. Ah good ? She fully deserves the book that I am going to dedicate to her, entitled “Once upon a time, Fanirisoa Ernaivo was the path of a Malagasy Cassandra”.
MAY 13, 1972
For the moment, let’s return to the day of Saturday November 4, 2023, long awaited and hoped for by Marc Ravalomanana who, at 74 years old, has nothing more to lose and intends to practice the Malagasy adage: “If I die, I die, if I die, the cow dies”which can be simply translated as “after me the flood”. In his mind, after having toured the surroundings of the capital of Madagascar – draining in his wake some of his supporters, the others having few or none -, he is convinced, with the Coué method, that he will succeed , he and the sad candidates he has dragged into his trouble, to arrive on the esplanade of the Town Hall. It is also called “Place du 13 Mai” in memory of the killing carried out by members of the FRS (Republican Security Forces) of the First Republic on students – including me – on Saturday May 13, 1972. This day, in the tumult of the massacre, the Town Hall fell prey to the flames but was reborn from its ashes on December 11, 2010 thanks to the Mayor, Andry Rajoelina.
In 1972, it was an authentic revolution that took place, unfortunately totally corrupted by politicians including the late Manandafy Rakotonirina (founder of the Mfm party), with his utopian “kingdom of the small” (government of the people) and a very poorly addressed Malagasy education…. Our demands at the time: revision of the Franco-Malagasy cooperation agreements giving too much pride to the interests of France – local medical students did not have the same advantages as French students, the Lyonnaise and Marseillaise companies had control over the economy of Madagascar.
Since then, every political movement that has brought about political change has passed through this famous May 13 Square. 1991 with Zafy Albert, 2002 with Marc Ravalomanana, 2009 with Andry Rajoelina, 2018 with the 73 deputies under Hery Rajaonarimampianina.
With the inexorable approach of November 16, 2023, the already postponed date of the first round of the presidential election, five years after the previous one, in accordance with the Constitution of Madagascar, Marc Ravalomanana reveals his last and final ” asset “ to try to get back to business. He had tried to disguise his game but the defection of candidate number 13, Siteny Randrianasoloniaiko, who is campaigning (like numbers 3 and 11), revealed his naturalness who returned galloping, on Saturday October 28, 2023, to the Coliseum of Antsonjombe.
Posing himself as the “leader” of the 10 candidates who paid 200 million ariary each who all participated in the drawing of the numbers, he played down his game. To summarize, and to the address of Andry Rajoelina, he declared high and loud : “It was on the Place du 13 Mai that he knocked me down and that’s where I will knock him down!” “. Date set: Saturday November 4, 2023. Quite ridiculous statement given that the said Andry Rajoelina, in accordance with the Constitution, has submitted his resignation as President of the Republic and is now only candidate number 3. In this intended coup pronounced state (“coup d’état”), Monja Roindefo, first Prime Minister under the transition, appointed on February 7, 2009 (before this date, he did not exist politically, being known only thanks to the name of his father, the charismatic leader Monja Jaona, founder of the party Monima).
The National Assembly of Madagascar has 151 members elected for a 5-year term, using a parallel voting system. How many are the irresponsible signatories of this exhausting literature, who hope at all costs – even with the blood of their compatriots – a period of transition that is murderous for the very economy of the country? After covid-19, devastating cyclones and the war in Ukraine. No ounce of patriotism from these smooth talkers!
Concerning the history of the nationality of Andry Rajoelina, Fanirisoa Cassandra and a handful of deputies committed to the cause of Ravalomanana, persist in saying that he is no longer Malagasy and that he is a “veteran” who is a candidate for the Presidency of Madagascar. Blind hatred no longer has boundaries. What does the law say, written in black and white?
Ordinance No. 60 – 064 of July 22, 1960 relating to the Malagasy Nationality Code, precisely, which says:
Art. 42- Loses Malagasy nationality, the Malagasy adult who voluntarily acquires a foreign nationality.
All the intentionally misinformed, more anti-Rajoelina than anything else – a truly epidermal hatred – jumped on this loss of Malagasy nationality. The magistrate dismissed for insulting the police of Madagascar, October 30, 2018 (ICI), put on and put on loads of diapers. For her and her ilk, the matter is in the bag. Very bad faith of a suffering soul disturbed.
Indeed, theOrdinance No. 60 – 064 of July 22, 1960 establishing the Malagasy Nationality CodeALSO includes the following items:
TITLE IV
CONDITIONS AND FORM OF ACTS RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION OR LOSS OF MALAGASY NATIONALITY
FIRST CHAPTER
Common provisions
Art. 53 – When it intends to oppose by decree the acquisition of Malagasy nationality, declare that an individual has lost the status of Malagasy, pursue the forfeiture of Malagasy nationality or revoke a naturalization decree, the Government makes known the measure envisaged to the interested party either by notification to his person or to his domicile, or, in the absence of known domicile, by publication in the Official Journal of the Republic. The person concerned has the right, within one month, to send documents and briefs to the Minister of Justice.
Art. 54 – When the Minister of Justice declares inadmissible a request for naturalization or reintegration, his decision is reasoned. When it pronounces the rejection of a request for naturalization or reintegration or a request made with a view to obtaining authorization to lose the status of Malagasy, its decision does not express a reason.
In all cases, the decision is notified to the interested party.
Art. 55 – Naturalization and reintegration decrees, decrees authorizing the loss of Malagasy nationality, decrees declaring that an individual has lost Malagasy nationality, decrees of forfeiture are published in the Official Journal of the Republic.
Art. 56- These decrees take effect on the date of their signature.
Fanirisoa Ernaivo, masterful, knows this article 55 but she is careful not to talk about it to those around her.
Below is a document I received. From whom? It is not yet today that I will explicitly cite my sources. Is it true, is it false? What the hell is waiting for Fanirisoa Ernaivo, the one who knows everything?
In any case, the names and functions of the signatories exist as well as the period of their respective mandate. So, Jean-Pierre Raffarin, French statesman, served as Prime Minister from 2002 to 2005. While Nicolas Sarkozy was indeed French Minister of the Interior, from 2002 to 2004 and from 2005 to 2007. As for the references, do you really believe that they are fanciful?… And we must be convinced that some, among these 10 candidates also have French nationality. However, it is Andry Rajoelina who remains the man to be killed.
Saturday November 4, 2023, the one of all dangers? Danger for whom? Whoever lives will see and see you in the evening of this hope of a finished man, washed out, abandoned by God in person, by dint of having made the Fjkm (Reformed Protestant Church of Jesus Christ in Madagascar) the antechamber of all his political-socio-economic shenanigans. You are not yet at fluent ? Read my book:
That of candidate number 3 is here:
