At the beginning of the new year, Panapepo is the main focus of public opinion. So whatever he will say during this year 2023 until he is 74 years old, it seems like 4L and Frigo in every house. Empty promises.
He admitted that he lost in 2018 and congratulated the elected President, Andry Rajoelina.
Written history never lies. Speaking of “duplicates” on February 6, 2018, Mr. Thierry Manantsoa Rakotonarivo, Vice President of CENI, announced that: “there was a name “doublons” 220,000 were found when checking (“verification”) and removed from the list”. That, he also said, made the number of voters included in the list to 9,715,000. If the removal of these “doubles” was not done, the number of voters would have been 10 million.
On February 28, 2020, what job did Mr. Thierry Rakotonarivo get – the truth is: how many billions did he get? This was before the meeting of the Parliament (National Assembly and Senate) and after the rise of the Tim and Hvm parties as opposition.
He said that “there were still doubles” there are 110,000 electoral rolls in 2018. “Duplicates” are two CIN numbers and the name of the owner, but not the same address. There were even “triplons”…
Not only that, but he announced that there were 1,162,512 voters with the same CIN number! The Malagasy political world took this announcement as a bomb.
And a little later, even though Mr. Thierry Rakotonarivo tried to explain – who seems to have completely disappeared (a job that consumes a lot of money, but he didn’t realize that he cursed his generation) on the first of March 2020, around “confinement”the experts on making life easier in Madagascar (but it is perfect abroad) “duplicates” io.
Even Father Ravalomanana shared it, 01 years later he congratulated President Rajoelina, something happened but then “duplicates” morning, noon, evening, is the litany of the enemies of hatred. Mr. Thierry Rakotonarivo resigned on March 11, 2020. Do we believe that he is happy now?…
But do they know that General Charles Rabemananjara is being played by Fanirisoa Ernaivo? He was Minister of the Interior before Marc Ravalomanana appointed him as Prime Minister. He is the king of vote fraud in the presidential election in Madagascar.
In that year 2006, the Ministry of Interior organized all the elections and in “Cupola” in Anosy the results were released.
But on December 3, 2006, when the presidential election was held, the electricity was cut off. This is what happened when the results went up and the number of votes won by the President-Candidate Ravalomanana decreased. It’s a job, but it’s also expensive “Generator” at that time? But when the electricity came back, Rnm and Tvm did not give a share. The next night, Dad’s voice went up and up.
What did it end up saying “premier tour is over”. But the second after him was amazing. Here are the first three that were returned “caution”:
– Marc Ravalomanana: 54.79%
– Lahiniriko Jean : 11.65%
– Roland Ratsiraka: 10.14%
The second one he dismissed as Minister of Public Works, touched on RN44; the third he imprisoned for reasons that were not clear…
Because of this achievement, General Charles Rabemananjara was appointed Prime Minister to replace Jacques Sylla on January 20, 2007. That is, 11 months before the General Director of Injet was elected as President. Antananarivo. On December 12, 2007, he defeated the government candidate, Hery Rafalimanana, who had the government system in his hands.
Rage i “Dada Ravalo” and he drove out and helped this Rafalimamanan Force. This is true Malagasy National History that cannot be fabricated, Ladies and Gentlemen!
Mr. Marc Ravalomanana has been saying here and there that he will not accept the results of the election. So why are you considering running, when you don’t trust CENI and HCC? He also said that the Malagasy road system does not follow the advice of the Sadc and the European Union and Francophonie.
Finally, it is good to know and remember: President Hery Rajaonarimampianina was imprisoned in Antsiranana, where did his supporters go then? Now they seem to be traveling together, the one who imprisoned and the one who was imprisoned. These artists have no shame at all “politics” here in Madagascar! Especially those who appear to be the leaders…
Below are the parts of the report made by the messenger “Francophonie” regarding the election on December 3, 2006. Why did he care about them? But stealing numbers in the “Cupola” and the following are the ones he lost President. Not surprisingly, in just two years, in 2009, he was paid by the public.
Keep up your lies, old letter writers “Deadly Dad”but those written are the truth that History will not forget.
Excerpts from the report of the Francophonie observation mission which was in Madagascar from November 27 to December 7, 2006
The mission noted:
– the plethoric number of voters in certain polling stations (often going beyond 3,000) has put into perspective the fluidity of traffic and favored the extension of the time of electoral operations;
– the relatively high and significant number of voter cards not distributed;
– the absence of control of the state of the fingers of voters on their arrival was obvious in certain polling stations;
The Mission noted a disparity in the competence of electoral staff. She noted that in the polling stations located in town, the latter was aware of his duties and endeavored to respect them. This was not always the case in polling stations in rural areas.
The members of the mission also noted that, with the exception of the delegates of candidate Ravalomanana who were present in all the polling stations visited, the presence of the delegates representing the other candidates was very limited, even reduced; their number varying according to the polling stations.
The members of the mission also checked the presence of national observers, mainly those from the CNOE working in a significant number of polling stations.
It should be noted that in the polling stations visited, the members of the mission noted that ballot papers for all candidates were not made available to voters. In fact, pursuant to electoral legislation (Article 47 of the Electoral Code) which makes each candidate responsible for printing their own ballot papers, seven candidates (Manadafy Rakotonirina, Monja Roindefo, Elia Ravelomanantsoa, Ferdinand Razakarimanana , Philippe Tsiranana, Daniel Rajakoba and Jules Randrianjohary), were unable to deposit all the ballot papers required at the end of the precise timetable established by decree n°2006-672 of September 12, 2006, organizing the deposit of these ballot papers . The ballot papers deposited by the candidates within the legal deadline were distributed by the administration to the polling stations indicated by the candidates themselves to be the recipients.
Consequently, the unavailability of all the ballot papers in the polling stations characterized the election of December 3. In almost all of the 17,581 polling stations, the ballots of candidates Daniel Rajakoba, Ferdinand Razakarimanana, Monja Roindefo and Philippe Tsiranana were not available. Eight to ten ballots out of the fourteen candidates were on average present in the polling stationsthereby creating significant distortions in the conduct of the ballot.
Faced with this situation, and in order to avoid any incident resulting from the absence of all the ballot papers in the polling centers, the Ministry of the Interior, on the eve of the election, gave instructions to the presidents of polling stations to collect the ballot papers that would be provided by the agents of the candidates at the polling stations on the day of the election; not to make them available to voters in the polling station, but to count them as valid during the counting if they were deposited in the ballot boxes. This measure, which could have been the source of confusion, has however only been applied marginally.
The Francophone mission noted:
– The many shortcomings in the electoral lists in terms of material errors and omissions which, due to hasty computerization, could not be established according to the chosen protocol. This situation has maintained, within public opinion, doubt and discredit on the reality of the electoral lists.;
The French-speaking mission verified that despite the desire repeatedly emphasized by the political authorities to confer effective independence on the institutions involved in the organization of the ballot, the reality of this is not always perceived as such by good number of political actors and by public opinion.
It should be noted that the full participation of the electorate in the December 3 election suffered from shortcomings related to the establishment of electoral lists as well as difficulties observed in the distribution of voters’ cards. This situation is evidenced by the relatively high and significant number of undistributed voter cards, which remained at the polling stations, leading, de facto, to the exclusion of part of the electorate from participating in the ballot..
It is certainly this parameter aimed at observing the holding of free, reliable and transparent elections as prescribed by the Bamako Declaration that the Mission was able to identify the greatest number of unsatisfactory points. Indeed, from the pre-election phase, the requirements of equal treatment in terms of eligibility conditions were mentioned by some candidates whose application was rejected by the High Constitutional Court. During the election campaign, of course the airtime allocated by the National Electoral Council to the various candidates on the public audiovisual media was respected; however, an imbalance in the fair treatment of candidate news by the public audiovisual media, both in terms of the airtime granted and concerning the editorial surface selected for the candidate Ravalomananaviolating the pluralism and balance of information in the public media, was noted.
The break in the equal treatment of candidates was mainly verified through the temporary authorization, by way of experimentation, granted to the radio and television of the Malagasy Broadcasting System (MBS), channels belonging to the Tiko group belonging to the candidate Ravalomanana, for national satellite broadcasts. This authorization, which was to expire at the end of June 2006, without the possibility of a possible extension, largely exceeded the period initially granted in order to continue throughout the electoral campaign. It has enabled these stations, with the only radio and television of the State, to have national coverage, and to relay without hindrance, and with unparalleled listening comfort, the electoral campaign of the candidate Ravalomanana
Finally, the mission measured that the imputation of the cost of printing the ballot papers to the candidates, but above all the requirement weighing on all the candidates, even those who will not go to the second round of the ballot, of a delivery to the administration of a number of ballots including those necessary for a second round before the ballot is held so that the ballots of the said candidate are made available to voters in the first round, singularly runs counter to the principle of equal treatment candidates.
