Marc Pointet will lead, as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the operational activities of Ina Invest Holding SA, a project development subsidiary of Implenia, as well as of Ina Invest SA.
Marc Pointet has an excellent knowledge of the entire life cycle of real estate. After obtaining a master’s degree in architecture at the Federal Polytechnic in Zurich, Marc Pointet worked as an architect and project manager with renowned companies in the banking and construction sectors.
From 2006, Marc Pointet carried out large-scale development projects at Mobimo, as project management manager. He notably assumed the responsibility of global project manager for the Mobimo Tower in Zurich. During this period, Marc Pointet enriched his university education with an Executive MBA HSG from the University of St. Gallen.
Since 2013, Marc Pointet, as member of the general management of Mobimo, directed all of the company’s activities in French-speaking Switzerland, thus assuming responsibility for a portfolio of one billion francs. In this role, he notably developed the French-speaking Switzerland region, directing the planning and realization of several major development sites with a future.
