Marc Marquez has said that the Honda MotoGP team is “the team of my life” and reiterated that he “doesn’t want to close the door” when he returns someday. Marquez has spent his MotoGP career with Honda since his debut in 2013, winning six titles and 59 wins in the premier class. We want to keep the door open for Honda. “Other manufacturers may not want to listen, but Honda is the team of my life and career.” “I have achieved six world titles and many victories, a number that cannot be achieved with any other manufacturer.” “Honda will always be the most special team in my heart.” I will continue, but I will see if our futures can intersect again. It’s not up to me alone to decide.” Marquez’s position at Honda in 2024 has seen him sign a two-year contract with the Japanese manufacturer. Luca Marini takes over.
