Marbella Design Hills is the name chosen by the developer Sierra Blanca Estates for his new project in the exclusive area of ​​Marbella’s Golden Mile. On a plot of approximately 80,000 m2, it will house a project made up of 70 luxury homes, a five-star hotel, a shopping gallery, a restaurant area and large green areas. The investment in this high ‘standing’ area, which extends from Puerto Banús to the epicenter of Marbella, will be around 250 million euros.

In addition to these luxury homes, the project will have a five-star hotel development with 80 rooms, as well as a 2,000m2 ‘beach club’ restaurant, a wide commercial boulevard and a landscaped public promenade area that includes host the largest outdoor art exhibition in southern Spain.

The promoter will now begin with the international competition for the design of the project, and has already announced that four international studios will bid for a space that provides for a investment of 250 million euros.
